Board of Trustees

In 2018 the IIS became a registered charity in the UK. The Board of Trustees is the principal鈥痝overning body, responsible for setting the strategic direction and policies governing all aspects of the IIS鈥檚 activities. It has a legal obligation to act in the best interests of the IIS and is responsible for approving all budgets and operational plans. The Trustees are:听

Board of Governors

The Board of Governors is a sub-committee of the Board of Trustees with delegated responsibility for the operational oversight of the organisation as defined in and regulated by the IIS鈥檚 Articles of Association.
